Interfaith Marriages

If one of the parties is not Catholic, we recommend that the marriage be celebrated simply in the context of a Liturgy of the Word rather than in the context of the Mass. In the case of an interfaith wedding, the non-Catholic party may invite his/her minister to participate in the ceremony.
