Catholic Marriages

If you are a Catholic and wish to be married at St. Teresa’s church and are not a member of our parish, the first thing you need to do is obtain a letter of permission from your home parish to get married here. Then make an appointment with our pastor to begin the process. You will need to complete a pre-marriage questionnaire.

Catholic marriages are performed by a bishop, priest or deacon who is responsible for filling out all paperwork required by the Church and will see that the requirements for marriage preparation and instruction have been fulfilled. You may request that our parish priest preside at the ceremony or you may ask a priest or deacon of your choice. Visiting clergy will abide by all policies and requirements of the Parish and the Diocese of Santa Rosa.
